Made by this 19th Century family distillery, this vodka is created from a simple but thoughtful blend of local rye and spelt grains that are distilled and proofed with pristine water from the Austrian Alps. The spirit is bright and very clean with distinguished notes of invigorating citrus pith balanced with hints of vanilla custard. The texture is luxurious and the spirit well balanced. An exceptional all around vodka that can serve many purposes.
