A bright, hazy, and vivacious pét-nat from Swartland made entirely from South Africa's own Pinotage. This dry sparkling rosé is decidedly natural in style and aroma. Skin contact gives the wine a bit of tannic structure, and the lees left in the bottle during fermentation make this medium-bodied. Pair with bunny chow.
