A dry rosé wine that is sparkling and accessible today. This is a blend of equal parts Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo. The second fermentation took place in bottle and the wine aged on the lees for 30 months before disgorgement. From the Signora della Neve vineyard located in Rodino which lies between Barolo and Alta Langa. The chalky slopes are steep, the labor - all done by hand. A rosé to enjoy with a meal.
