From unirrigated vines in Stellenbosch and the Swartland, all of the Chenin Blanc is handpicked. Fermented with native yeast, the wine is then aged on the lees in used 400L oak barrels for 8 months. Miles Mossop has spent decades making wines around the world, but returned to his homeland to start his own winery. South Africa's most common white grape shines here with medium body, aromatic with stone fruits, and very balanced acidity. Pair with coconut shrimp curry.
