Made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in Chile's Lolol Valley. The altitude and proximity to the Pacific coast allow for optimal growing conditions for these fussy grapes. This fresh and lighter-bodied dry red has red fruit aromas, and a hint of spice , with light tannic structure. Humo Blanco refers to the mist that covers the vineyards most mornings. Pair with Chilean bean stew.
