An hommage to the classic Bordelais white blend, this is majority Sauvignon Blanc with some Sémillon added for texture. Aromatic, herbaceous, and with sweet spice from aging in French oak, this medium-bodied dry white has lovely body and nose. Pair this with porchetta and mostarda.
