Created from a harvest of 160 Damson Plums grown locally down the road from the distillery at the Briermere Farm on the North Fork of Long Island. Rested in New York Corn spirit at 27% abv. for five months prior to bottling, The vivid flavors both preserved and elevated by the process seem impossibly complex and laser like, like a strike of lighting to your taste buds. An extraordinary spirit that could be used for many purposes and invites experimentation. A little goes a long way.
