From 40 year-old Gamay vines grown in granite soils, from a miniscule plot in the Ardèche, this dry red sees whole cluster and semi-carobonic fermentation. A dark, wild, and structured wine, this is quite far from a fruity and easygoing bistro Gamay. Pair with braised lamb and roasted beets.
