Les Meix Chavaux in Meursault borders Auxey-Duresses, and is a stony and cool parcel. The oldest vines were planted in 1935, and the grapes are kept on the vine longer to fully ripen. The wine is fermented and aged in both stainless steel and oak, of which a portion is new. A full-bodied and rich dry white, this sees lees aging and has a stony mineral focus. Pair with langoustines in garlic butter sauce.
