Šupkác is Slovak slang for a skin contact wine, and this Rizling vlašský spends 2 weeks on its skins before the free run juice is sent to age in old 300-500L oak barrels. This collaboration between friends is structured, yet fresh, with exotic fruit and black tea aroma. Pair with cheese dumplings and smoked sausage.
