Tasting Notes

A cloudy and slightly wild pét-nat from South Australia, this dry sparkling rosé is a blend of Zibibbo, Fiano, Arneis, Nero d'Avola, and Mataro. Clean and fruit forward, the use of grapes with low pH allow for no additives to be used. Pair with pork laab and som tam.
