After tasting this, you will be using it as a benchmark for all barril going forward. Made in Miahuatlan by Semei Garcia Ramos from agaves that matured a minimum of 15yrs the mezcal is focused, clean, floral and mineral with restrained ripeness on palate, honeydew and a big delicious finish with powdery minerals and fruit.
