Plum eau de vie from...Oaxaca - do we really need to write any more than that to entice you to get as many of these bottles as possible? This very very rare spirit was made in the heart of mezcal country from wild plums that were foraged at their peak maturity, naturally fermented for about a week in clay pots buried underground and then double distilled in direct fire clay pots. Spicy earthy, green fruit and invigorating - amazing.
