Tasting Notes

A Cabernet Sauvignon from the Camp 4 Vineyard, owned by the Chumash people, with a great sense of place. The respect for the earth translates to excellent wine and winemaking. Deeply colored and full-bodied, this dry red is a stellar example of what care for nature can do. Pair with rabbit in pinenut sauce.
