Practicing Organic

Wine made from grapes grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides in the vineyard.

Tasting Notes

This dry red blend of whole cluster Zinfandel and Petite Sirah, and destemmed Nero d'Avola are fermented separately, then blended. Aged in used oak for 6 months, it is unfined and unfiltered. Martha seeks to express traditional California viticulture, with a great respect for the land and natural world. Pair with pork chops with mustard and thyme.
