The Lambertskirch vineyard is an extremely steep-sloped vineyard with southern aspect. Hand harvesting is the only option, and this is vinified in a decidedly old school way. Off-dry, with its 61g/L of residual sugar masked by taught acidity, Lauer only makes Prädikat wines when the vintage is perfect for it. Pair with gongbao chicken.
