From 29 year-old, unirrigated Chenin Blanc vines, this unctuous dessert wine is rich and luscious. A combination of partially dried grapes and those affected by noble rot were selected by hand. Fermentation, and 8 months aging were spent in used oak barrels. Stone fruits, honey, and beeswax aromas pair well with strong cheese and mostarda.
