This may very well be the best bourbon to date this brand has put out. After over a decade as pioneers in the world of craft distilling, this release brings all the elements together. Made from a four grain mash of local corn, wheat, rye and malted barley and aged for a full seven years prior to bottling. The flavor profile hits all the sweet spots. Limited.

Four Grain Whiskey has become a vibrant category in the modern market. The diversity of flavor this combination of malt and grain lend, simply can not be equaled by a single ingredient distillation. A little more than an hour north of New York City, Tuthilltown Distillery is producing a curated and hand crafted spirit they have dubbed “Four Part Harmony”. With a nose of sweet baking spices and a hint of vanilla, this 92 proof whiskey is inviting and engaging. The mash-bill is 60% Corn, 15% Rye, 15% Wheat and 10% Malted Barley. Distilled into one unified spirit and aged for 7 years in Oak barrel. Each component has a contribution to this complex and utterly satisfying whiskey. This bottle shares an experience that is much more than the sum of its parts!
