I'm highly fond of single-varietal Cinsault from Chile and this is my favorite I've found so far. It's juicy and light bodied but full of character, with bright acidity and freshness lent by a cool coastal influence. There's a rustic earthy/savory note on the nose that reminds me of soil in a flower shop in the best way possible, evoking memories of tagging along to Home Depot and helping out in the garden of my childhood home. A perfect summer red that you could enjoy with a slight chill.
