From 45 year old Pinot Gris vines planted in a mix of soils: loess, loam and limestone. The fruit was hand-harvested and then spontaneously fermented and then aged 10 months in older barrels. No sulphur was added to this wine. Dry on the palate, aromatic and fresh. Pair with a white pizza.
