An ethereal rendition on the Grenache grape from the Hiyu winery. Fresh, mineraled with aromatic dark fruit aromas on the palate. The grapes were hand-harvested, the whole clusters were pressed and then spent a couple of days on skins before going into barrels. Aged on the lees for 12 months before being bottled by hand.
