Chardonnay from the 1973 planting of the Durant Vineyard on the southern slopes of the Dundee Hills. The fruit was whole cluster pressed and then fermented with native yeasts in a combination of concrete, amphora & stainless steel tanks. After, the wine was transferred into neutral, French oak barrels.
