A Kosher Kabinett from the Saar's esteemed Weingut von Hövel. Winemaker Max von Kunow grows the perfect grapes before a group of rabbis come to the vinify the wine. The grapes are entirely from the Hütte vineyard, and the residual sugar is around 5 grams. Pair this dry, mineral white with matzo ball chicken soup.
