Still under the radar due to the tiny output at this artisanal distiller, it doesn't change that fact that the whiskies coming out from this emerging producer are some of the most exciting in all of whisky. Taisho is the 8th release in the '24 Seasons Series' created by the distillery. The whisky is infused with local peat, features bright preserved citrus notes and deep spices from the Mizunara Oak Casks it was aged in.
