Still under the radar due to the tiny output at this artisanal distiller, it doesn't change that fact that the whiskies coming out from this emerging producer are some of the most exciting in all of whisky. 'Shosho' is the 14th installment in the 24 seasons series by this distiller. Mostly made from Akkeshi's own rare single malt stocks, with small lots of select whiskies from around the world, aged in Bourbon, Sherry and Mizunara casks. This is considered one of the top blended whiskies in the world at the moment.
