Entirely Grenache from 80 year-old vines planted atop La Figuera mountain, this dry red come from red clay soils. Whole cluster fermentation takes place in cement with wild yeast. It sees 6 months in cement before bottling. This medium-bodied red is herbaceous, with dark fruits and licorice. Pair with blood sausage and fava beans.
