Brothers Eric and Joël Durand took over their family's estate in 1991. This bold dry red is entirely destemmed, punched down by hand, and vinified for around 28 days. Élévage takes place in both 20% new oak, and the remainder used barrels. Aromas of dark berries, cedar, wet stone, licorice, smoked meat, and savory herbs. Pair this full-bodied red with roast lamb with mint sauce.
