A circa 1970s chinato from the still thriving Contratto family. Typically based on the Barolo wines of the region, this rare specialty comes from a lesser produced by more versatile generic vermouth base. The bittersweet botanicals are still doing their dance, the wine is showing its age with dignity and the pop of candied fruit ties it all together. Serve well chilled or mix into drinks. *Please note that old bottles will have natural wear and tear.
