This field blend of red and white grapes comes from a parcel planted to Mencía, Mouratón, Caiño,Godello, Dona Blanca and Palomino that has 100 year-old vines. Whole cluster fermentation is followed by 11 months aging in used 300L and 400L French oak barrels. Pair this medium-bodied dry red with blood sausage and lentils.
