Ardnamurchan Single Cask # 578 Peated Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Ardnamurchan Single Cask # 578 Peated Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Item # 48718

Easily, by far, one of Scotland's most exciting distilleries at the moment and this is one of their rarest releases to date. Using locally sourced barley from Broomhall Farm, the grain was peated with local peat and aged in a single ex-Bourbon barrel prior to bottling at a natural cask strength. The distillery's kaleidescope of flavors are on full display with the elevated bonfire smoke and spice the peat adds here. A spectacular spirit. With a total yield of only 251 bottles, needless to say this is quite limited.
