Aged using two proprietary toasting techniques, one dubbed 'intense,' the other, 'extreme,' the team here is able to produce layers of flavors that jump out of the glass and pop on the palate. Luckily the rhum itslef is so naturally full of character it is only elevated further from this treatment. A pleasure on its own with a couple of rocks and a must have on hand for cocktails.
