Gamay from a half hectare of 100 year old vines in granite, pink granite and volcanic soils planted at a cool elevation of 350 meters elevation. After a hand-harvest, 25% of the grapes are destemmed and crushed while the rest goes through carbonic maceration. Aged in old oak for 12 months before bottling.
