Lagrimas del Valle Plata Tequila 2022 Palo Verde Rancho Unico is a single estate tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown at 1,260 meters above sea level in the iconic town of Amatitán at the legendary Cascahuín Distillery. This parcel yields an impressive 35% brix level at maturity, resulting in a tequila with generous textures and fruit-forward flavors. The tequila is made using traditional methods, including cooking the agave in masonry steam ovens and crushing it using a combination of steel roller mill and traditional stone tahona. It is then fermented naturally using ambient yeast and distilled twice using stainless steel pot stills.
