A collaboration between four friends, this Timorasso is the only wine that they produce. Fermented and vinified in stainless steel, this sees no malolactic fermentation. It is aged in both large Austrian oak barrels and stainless steel for one year before bottling. Pair this medium-bodied dry white with vitello tonnato.
