The fruit was sourced from the Saveria and Ferrari vineyards, both of which are about 8 miles from the Pacific Ocean. This cooler climate dry red sees 30% whole cluster fermentation, and the wine rested for 13 months, both in neautral oak barrels. Pair this fresh and aromatic Pinot Noir with swordfish in herbed tomato broth.
