This dry white comes from higher altitude vines grown on schist, sand, and clay soils. The wine ferments and ages for 6 month in French oak barrels, a portion of which were new. Structured, with good acidity, and sweet oak spices, this has aromas of orchard fruits, honey, white flowers, and vanilla. Pair this full-bodied white with apaki cured pork.
