The first ever of its kind, for this special edition release the flaghship ancho liqueur, made by naturally air drying freshly harvested local poblano chiles in the sun for a month, is then aged for 2yrs in American White Oak casks. The chiles are still very alive in this liqueur, simmering under the surface but the standout notes of ripe summer canteloupe, black tea and gingerbread are a revelation. One of the most unique and well done releases of the year.
