Made from a harvest of biodynamic grapes from a British Winery including Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Cabernet Noir, Pinot Gris and more, the fresh pressed grapes are refermented and then double distilled at zero pressure and low temperatures retaining the maximum fidelity to the organic grapes' natural flavors.
The silken, almost cloud-like texture nearly steals the show, but the brandy itself is full of exuberance and vitality with flavors of lavender, rose, mint, plums, apples and fresh herbs flowing out of the glass onto your palate.
