A white sparkling wine made from the local red Pineau d'Aunis grape. Dry with pink peppercorn and earthy aromas on the finish. Pair with huitlacoche tacos and a corn slaw. Domaine Brazilier is located in the Coteaux du Vendômois just north of the Loir tributary. Benoît Brazilier represents his family's seventh generation of growers in the area.
