João and Leila Camizao make wine in Sousa, an area on the Douro River in southeastern Vinho Verde. This still white Vinho Verde is fermented and aged in stainless steel, with 18 months on the fine lees. Further aged in bottle, it is a rich and textured white with yellow fruit and floral aromas. Pair with Amêijoas à Bulhão Pato and good bread.
