A dry white blend of mostly Chardonnay, with a touch of Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes come from two parcels, Lieben Aich in Terlan, and Mazzon in Kaltern. A full-boded white, this is structured and has spent years aging gracefully. Pair with canederli in broth.
