A pulpy red wine, medium-bodied with fresh acidity and plenty of dark fruit aromas. A happy wine indeed that's made from a blend of grapes: 30% Rosa del Perú, then a mix of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Dolcetto and other grapes from Tecate and San Lorenzo in Baja California, Mexico. The grapes from the Bichi home vineyard were de- stemmed, trodden by hand and fermented in tank. The Rosa del Perú was destemmed
and foot trodden in a lagar, then fermented in tank. Bottled without fining, filtering, or added sulfur.
