With a market saturated with high cost, barrel strength expressions Benchmark has found a niche where their bourbon can be exemplified, and also enjoy at an amazing price point. With a wonderful smoothness that is indicative of the wheated style, this bonded bourbon shows smooth vanilla, caramel, and light chocolate notes that are oh so supple by themselves, but can also play wonderfully in a variety of cocktails. Don't sleep on this gem because of the price, if anything act now before I buy it all myself!
