A dry rosé blend of 70% Gamay and 30% Cabernet Franc sourced from the high elevation Barsotti Vineyard in El Dorado. Whole cluster pressed in stainless steel, and aged in neutral puncheons. A fresh and vibrant rosé to pair with canapés.
