This single vineyard cuvée comes from shale soils on the Rhys Estate. Barrel fermented and aged, with 35% new oak, this spent 16 months on the lees without stirring, and malolactic was allowed. A medium-bodied dry white with both texture and racy acidity, it is mineral and concentrated. Absolutely a wine to cellar, or pair with chicken adobo.
