One of the most anticipated releases of the year and a creation that has been over two years in the making is finally here, albeit in very limited quantities. The shear nature of the project means that it may never be created again - at least not exactly like this iteration.
Produced in collaboration with the Blue Hill at Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, the team utilized the harvest of organically grown sorghum, freshed pressed the juice on site at the farm, and then spent over 2yrs in the lab in Brooklyn distilling and infusing it with over 50 organic-certified botanicals featuring lemongrass, anise, hyssop, genepi, lemon balm, fennel, spearmint, thyme, ambrette, and angelica.
Imagine the flavor profile of green chartreuse with the balance of yellow. But that takes away and oversimplifies just how original and special this creation is, truly worthy of consideration and praise of its own - in fact there is literally nothing else out there quite like it.
