A dry white blend of Alvarinho, and Sauvignon Blanc from coastal vineyards in Vila Nova de Milfontes, and Viognier from inland vineyards in Vidigueira. Fermented and aged in 2000L Austrian foudres on the lees for 12 months. A further 6 months on the lees in stainless steel occurs before bottling. Pair with Alentejo ham.
