This beautiful Oaxacan rum is a joint effort between Daniel Vega Santiago who grows this locall cane variety in the arid village of Zoquiapam Boca de Los Rios and is distilled by local maestro Pedro Bautista in his custom small column still fired by direct local wood fire. Fresh baked bread, sour cherries, mango and yogurt are all working in harmony here to deliver an ultra elegant drink.
