A first for us, a Pinot Noir from the village of Tsagvli in Kartli in the east of Georgia. Delightfully aromatic on the palate, lively, fresh and red-berried. After hand-harvesting, the grapes were destemmed and fermented with the skins in qvevri and then racked into tank to settle through the year before bottling.
