Made by a 4th generation family distillery in Jalisco, the agave were cooked in stone ovens and roller mill extracted. Fermented in stainless steel with nautral yeast, this was twice distilled with copper coil stainless steel still. Aromas of pure agave dominate, and this is a great value tequila.

Additive free overproof Tequila at a great price? What more can you ask for? It tastes like Tequila made from Agave, not a tequila with all the flavor processed out. Even at the higher proof of 44%, this is light and clean, but it packs a punch with wonderful classic Agave notes of citrus and herbs. While I would say this is perfect for any mixing, I would not hesitate to sip this as well or have over ice. The 4th generation Rivera family makes this the old-style way, with the agave Pina's cooked in stone ovens and fermented with natural yeast. For me, it's worse when tequila tastes like nothing. What is the point of making it from agave then? Here that pure agave flavor comes shining through to brighten up your day! Don't forget the sangrita!

White tequila, an official type (tipo) for tequila bottled fresh from the still, or allowed to rest in stainless steel tanks for up to sixty days before bottling. It is never aged in wooden barrels. Also known as plata, plato, and silver tequila. Usually the most robust, strong-flavoured of the tequila types.
